What makes us so unique is that we move at the speed of your team. Our goal is to have everyone on your team complete onboarding and start selling within the first 30-60 days. On average, our club owners see a $10,000 increase in draft within the first 10 weeks!
What is the difference between my 3 types of sales calls and my owner call?
Each owner has a strategic coach that meets with you weekly for the first 6 weeks to help onboard your team and implement systems. After that initial onboarding period, you will have 1 monthly meeting to continue goal setting and track progress longterm.
We have 3 types of calls for your team: Private (exclusive to your team), Small Group (bi-weekly positional calls), and Team Calls (available daily and focused on the Fitness Consultation/Closing processes).
How many team members can we onboard at the same time?
All of them! We have a robust onboarding system that allows us to get everyone trained at the same time. We have a 3 day live onboarding available every month for your team to participate in online.
